I started going through my stuff this weekend. Packing is my enemy. If you are moving to DC or know anyone who is, please let me know. I have two ikea end tables, an ikea desk, some plastic drawers, plates, dishes, silverware, pots and pans that I will sell/give away.

So this weekend I met up with an old friend I haven't seen in literally ten years. It was crazy. But it was fun hanging out and catching up and seeing who we've become.

I caught the production of "Big River" at Ford's Theaterthis weekend. It was awesome. It's put on by DeafWest Productions, so the entire musical was sung and signed. The cast was a combination of hearing and non-hearing actors. It was really creative and interesting, and after a while you completely forgot that some of the parts were being signed and voiced by different people.

Drama at work today. Yuck. Don't people know I'm almost done? Can't they leave me alone??

Alias rocked my face off last night. From the opening moments when they're all bad ass jumping off the plane... Weiss and Marshall being hilarious... Jack punching Sloan... Irena punching Elena... the look on Jack and Elena's face when Irena told her that Jack would be doing the torturing... Nadia being crazy scary... Jack and Irena's kiss... and then... THE END.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOUR NAME IS NOT MICHAEL VAUGHN??????

WTF????

I have NO IDEA where that's going. But I can't believe I have to wait till January to find out.

By the way, 24's season finale also rocked. I love love love Tony. From the moment he came in and saved Jack, to the end when he helped them find evil girl and then helped save Jack, he's been a complete badass. With a smooshy heart for his girl Michelle. Awww.

I'm sad the TV season is over. What am I going to do on weeknights now? Bummer. I guess I need to start watching movies.

This weekend one of my childhood dreams was fulfilled.

I went to Disneyworld.

Now, I've gone to Disneyland many many times, but this was my first to the World O'Disney. And I was not disappointed. It may be the Evil Empire, but they are a freakin' awesome Evil Empire. I was so impressed by the scope, the attention to detail, the size. I'm still wondering how many people Disneyworld employs.

Anyways, I had a great time with my girlfriends, although we were seriously missing our LA/Phillipines representation. Props to CByun, who hooked her sisters up with some mad discounts. Hell yeah Disney/ABC.

Recap: Got in Friday, hung out by the pool with Em and Byun and tried to get some color, then met up with Grace. Ate dinner at Epcot at the very same restaurant the Tanner Family ate at when they were at Disneyworld (it was momentous), and then walked around the countries at Epcot. Byun and I now have our Canadian, British and French accents mastered. Sorta. Also caught the very weird Epcot fireworks show. It involved a lot of lights and a big floating globe. Or something. Took the boat to Pleasure Island and had fruit and mojitos at Bongo's. All in all- a great day!

Saturday spent all morning and afternoon at the Magic Kingdom! The weather was great-- hot, but bearable, and not too humid. We took a lot of goofy pictures, and got through the park by mid afternoon. Magic Kingdom is great, but it's no Disneyland. No Matterhorn, no Indiana Jones. And the rides are all... different. But I'm a little prejudiced. Anyway, I fulfilled another one of my dreams there by buying Mickey Mouse ears with my name embroidered on it!!! Hell yeah. We then headed to Epcot again where in particular we rode the Mission to Mars ride. Which made us all feel nauseous. Then we went again to the countries and visited Mexico, Norway, China, and Germany. Unfortunately, those accents were harder to master. Took to boat again to Pleasure Island, and had wine and seafood at some seafood place. Another great day.

Sunday we had brucnh at the Polynesian resort and ate awesome french toast and awesome Kona coffee. Then we took pictures. I took a lot of this duck and her eleven little ducklings. It was cute. After brunch we headed back to the hotel, and then the airport. Our weekend was over, but it was a freakin' awesome one. Laughed a lot, walked a lot, took a whole lotta pictures.

I can't help it. I love Disney.

And I love my friends.

Just got back from a freakin' fun Disneyworld weekend. My first time in Florida was great. Yay!

Three and a half weeks of work left. Crazy. I have so much to get done before I quit. I can't believe it's been two years... time flies when you're having fun. Well, time flies.

Have to start packing!

Okay, season finale of 24 is on. Very stressful. YAY!

A few weeks ago I was at a reception on the roof of a law firm near the US Capitol building. This is the view of the Capitol at sunset. Amazing. Posted by Hello

HOW GOOD WAS ALIAS LAST NIGHT???? It was so freakin good I got a call from Michelle during and after and we screamed a lot. And then my sister and I talked and screamed a lot. Last night's episode combined humor, drama, sweetness, sadness and ass-kicking. Jack and Irena are two of the baddest badasses around.
Highlights:
-Marshall being Marshall.
-The two Jack/Vaughn encounters
-Dixon and Chase???!!!!
-Irena, Katya and Elena Derevko are the craziest psycho beeyotch sisters around.
-"Are we still on con?" And Jack's response. Priceless.
-The look on Jack's face when he sees Irena, and her reaction.
-When Irena realizes who Nadia is.
-Jack and Irena's "apologies."
-The look jack and Sydney exchange after the proposal.
-The shot of the whole team flying toward the big red ball.
I can't wait till next week!!

Man, I love sweeps.

Went home this weekend! It was excellent. Got to spend Mother's Day with my momma for the first time in a long time. Also checked out some law schools. If I don't get off the wait list of my first choice, I'm pretty sure I'll be at SantaClara next year for law school. Good school, good reputation in the Bay Area, great facilities, beautiful campus, and save money living at home. But I really hope I get off the wait list!!!

One more week and I'm headed to Orlando! Can't freakin' wait.

I'm just itchin' to be done with work. June 15 is my last day!!!!! YAY!

I need to start packing. Dangit.

MY FRIEND'S WEDDINGS ARE KILLING ME.

Why is everything so expensive??

Dresses + shoes + PLANE TICKETS + hotels + gifts = KILLING ME.

Excuse me. I'm just frustrated. Tickets to St. Louis are really freakin' expensive.

I don't know how I'm going to afford this summer.

Oy.
