My next door neighbor is a thieving jerk. She accepted a package sent to me, with my name on it, and never said a damn word. It's been a month (I didn't know the package was sent until I got the bill this week). Now I need to get the damn thing back or else I'll be charged $80. I've been knocking on her door all week, and no answer. Hopefully my apartment manager can get it from her. Next step: firmly worded letter slipped under her door. And then a freaking police report.
