My Murtaugh List

On HIMYM (one of my favorite shows), Ted describes to Barney his MurtaughList. Background: in the LethalWeapon movies, DetectiveMurtaugh is known to say "I'm too old for this sh**." So Ted made his own MurtaughList, a list of things he's just too old for. His list includes: eating an entire pizza in one sitting, hanging posters on your wall without frames, doing laundry at Mom's house, crashing on a friend's futon for the night instead of getting a hotel room, helping someone move in exchange for pizza and beer, going to a rave, etc.

In July, after I got invited to a midnight screening of HP, I told the kids I couldn't go because, well, I was too old for that sh**. And then I started thinking of other things on my Murtaugh List. I started compiling, and here's what I have so far.

- Going to a midnight screening of a movie.
- Clubbing
- Living with a stranger/communal living.
- Pulling all nighters
- Red eye flights and then going straight to work

That's all I can think of for now. I'll add more as I think of them. What's on your MurtaughList?
