First week!

First two days have been overwhelming, but good. My coworkers are all very nice. But I'm preetty sure the work is going to kick my ass. Litigation wha? What the heck have I gotten myself into??? I guess it's time to jump into the deep end and see if I can swim. I might be taking on water/drowning for a while, but hopefully I'll learn to swim in due course. And that's the end of that metaphor.

I need to find a place to live. The really nice places are too expensive, and I don't want to live somewhere gross and dirty. And I want to be close to work so i can walk. So my options are pretty limited. Boooo.

Also, I'm realizing I don't have any friends here. How do I make some?
