They Can't Do That... Can They?

Today I re-learned crim in the morning, and learned criminal procedure for the first time in the afternoon. I didn't take crim pro in law school, so most of it was pretty new. One thing I took away from the lecture is, wow, the police have a lot of rights, and we have none. And if you're ever taken away in a police car, don't say a word in there.
