It's me! It's me! I've had a fun weekend/week so far. Much to tell.

Job update: Still no job.

So on Friday I hung out with none other than crazycoolJessChung. Jealous? You should be! She's in DC changing the world, and I totally admire her. Plus, she's still reaaaally funny. We ate, shopped, watched a horrible movie (my lips are sealed....) and ate some more. Good times.

Saturday, I sat by the pool and read, and just hung out. It was quite relaxing. But at around 10 PM, Joy and I decided, hey, we're 22, on our own, living in D.C., it's Saturday night, we should go out. So we headed to a bar in Dupont Circle. I'll spare you the gory details, but let's just say that next time I go to a bar, I'm not taking the claustrophic, bumpy, makes-me-motion-sick Metro home ever again. Oh well. It was an expeeeerience.

Went to Covenent Life Church on Sunday, this mega-church in Gaithersburg. It was pretty good- kind of reminded me of Willow Creek. This is actually the church that Joshua Harris is a pastor at. He didn't give the sermon, but he did give some announcements. He is a very short, small man.

Yesterday, I hung out with Demelza in the evening. We ate dinner, then watched Legally Blonde 2. It was baaaaad. Very baaaad. Much worse than the first one. And her whole sorority thing- crazy. What the....? If my sorority ever made me learn something where you had to say "Bug-a-loo" and bump hips with someone, I would have dropped out. The little mention of Kappa though-- very funny. Hahhah. Anyways, I dig Reese WItherspoon, but I didn't really dig this movie. But besides the movie, last night was also maaad drama. I got to the metro around 11:45, sat down, and waited. And waited. Turns out, I had just missed the last train. Ok, if I had just missed the last train, why on earth would they let me into the station? Dumb. So I had to call Demelza, she had to come pick me up, and then she drove me home. Well, so, not so much drama, but it did suck a lot. Stupid metro.

I just want to take this time to give out some birthday props. It may not be her birthday till tomorrow, but who knows if I'll blog tomorrow. Therefore.... happy birthday to my awesome unni Jessica Jaemi Ko!!!!!! WOOOOO!!! Jess is a former roommate, a very good friend, and a hah-ppy bahstahd. Hahahha. We're also often mistaken for sisters. One time even twins. I love Jess Ko. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

Hey! My Giants are kicking ass!

My goal is to be employed by Sept 1. Five weeks and counting.
